Terms of Service
Introduction
This document constitutes the agreement between SK Partners Group, (hereinafter referred to as "Consultant") and the client for admission consulting services (the "Services"). By using the Services, the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. If the client does not agree to these terms and conditions, the client may not use the Services.
Nature of Services
The Consultant provides admissions consulting services, including but not limited to reviewing applications, providing feedback, and offering guidance in the admission process to colleges, universities, or any other academic institution. The Services are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee acceptance, admissions, waitlist, or interview in any way.
Payment
The client agrees to pay the Consultant the fee agreed upon for the Services. The fee is non-refundable and shall be paid in full prior to the initiation of the Services.
Confidentiality
The Consultant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the client's information and not to disclose it to any third party without the client's prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
The Consultant shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
Termination of Services
The Consultant may terminate the Services at any time if the client breaches any of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, NY, USA.
Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the client and the Consultant and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or verbal, relating to the Services.
By using the Services, the client acknowledges that the client has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
